The inaugural International Mangrove Conservation and Restoration Conference (IMCRC) is delighted to have received many original and innovative abstract submissions for oral or poster presentations and workshops to be presented at the conference.  Both abstract submissions and registrations are now closed. 

The conference aims to discuss, evaluate, and energise the development of innovative solutions for mangrove restoration, promoting science-based restoration and contributing to mitigating the effects of climate change. Particular attention has been given to submissions that showcase initiatives dedicated to holistic science-based coastal ecosystem restoration, showcasing innovations, aligning with conference thematic areas and bridging across disciplines, sectors, and thematic areas while also promoting equity, diversity, and inclusion. 

Authors selected from the four conference themes which are being used to group similar talks together into sessions and to facilitate review of abstracts.
